Services
Most ERP disasters don’t start at go-live. They start at selection — when a vendor sells you their product instead of your solution. I fix that.

Vendors sell software. I sell the truth.
I’m an independent ERP selection consultant — and I implement both SAP Business One and Odoo for a living. That means I know exactly what each platform does well, where it falls apart, and what it actually costs. Not the brochure version. The version you live with after the contract is signed.
When you hire me for selection, you’re not getting a sales rep with a quota. You’re getting the guy who has to make the thing work after the ink dries — telling you which system fits your business before anyone tries to sell you theirs.
The most expensive ERP is the wrong one. A few weeks of honest selection work now beats a seven-figure reimplementation later. Every time.
Companies outgrowing QuickBooks and spreadsheets. Businesses burned by a bad implementation looking for a second opinion. Anyone stuck choosing between SAP Business One and Odoo and tired of conflicting sales pitches. If your current partner stopped answering the phone, I can help you figure out the next move too.
Free 30-minute call. No pitch, no pressure — if I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you who is.

Kill the swivel-chair work. I find the manual, repetitive stuff eating your team’s week and automate it out of existence. Practical AI and modern SaaS that earn their keep — not buzzwords, not science projects.

Month-end feels like archaeology? I migrate growing companies off QuickBooks and onto SAP Business One or Odoo — data cleaned, history preserved, first close in the new system done right.
